General Q & A
Q. What does your warranty cover?
A. Our warranty covers ANY defect due to our workmanship. Our warranty does NOT cover abuse, neglect, or general wear and tear of your product. If you send you tack back for a repair and it has not been cleaned, we will charge a fee based on the condition.



Q. Where do you ship?
A. We will ship products anywhere in the world. We frequently ship outside the US and can quote you shipping prices upon request. For more information about shipping please refer to the Shipping Policies section above.

Q. When do I pay for my order?
A. Payment is expected and appreciated in full at the time of your order. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal. If you are paying with a Personal Check or Money Order , we will hold your order until payment is received.

Q. Will you take my used tack in on trade?
A. No. We do not have a program in place to re-sale used tack. We recommend placing it on barrelhorseworld.com or BRN4D.com.

Q. Will my leather darken?
A. Yes. It will darken with use in time, or you can speed up the darkening process by exposing the leather to direct UV or sun light. It is typical for your leather to darken over time.

Q. Do you make pony tack?
A.
Yes. Many of our styles can be modified to fit ponies. Please contact us for details or any questions you may have. Pricing typicaly does not change for custom pony sized tack.

Q. Can I send you my old tack to dress up?
A.
Yes. We can embellish tack from other manufacturers. Please contact us for a quote and more details.

Q. Can you custom stain tack to match my saddle?
A.
Yes. If you can provide us with a photo of the saddle or other item you are matching, we can custom stain your tack to match. Or, if you just want your tack to be darker than our standard color we can do that as well.

Q. Will there be additional Taxes or Duties?​ A. Yes. In our Vancouver, Washington shop we are required to charge an 8.2% sales tax on all sales shipped from that shop. There may also be International Taxes, Duties, or Fees depending on the country of destination.

Q. Do you offer an Association or Awards discount?
A.
Yes. Any of our items will receive a 10% discount for an Association if there is NO stamping or branding required. Please see the Awards page for more information.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A.
We are the manufacturer and retailer, and this allows us to sell our products at great prices. We do not offer discounts unless you order large volumes of product. Please contact us for more information.

Q. Can I change the colors of crystals, conchos, hides etc?
A.
We are a full service shop and can custom build any style that you see on the website at no extra charge. Check out our Choices page for a full list of available hides, buckles, crystals, and conchos.​

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A.
Typically custom orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks. During the busiest time of the year from October 1st through February 1st we are out anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. We will give you a shipping date when you place your order so you will know when to expect it.

Q. Do you set up at shows throughout the year?​
A.
The only show that we regularly attend is the National Finals Rodeo Country Christmas at the Sands Expo Center booth #323.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A.
We do not have catalogue. We have a full service website with hundreds of pictures and options. If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
